Traditional and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Welcome to Hoofbeats Family Therapy, formerly known as Junction Counseling.  With a move from West Seattle to Issaquah comes a new name and a new therapy focus.

In addition to continuing my traditional therapy practice, I am now excited to be able to add Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to my practice.  For many years I have witnessed the healing power of horses in the lives of others.   My two horses have been instrumental in my own personal growth as well as that of others.

I believe that people can heal themselves and find their own solutions to life’s problems if given the right tools. One way to do that is to learn from your own experiences. It would be my pleasure to help you on your journey.
